Site Redesign

Filed under: News — Ronn @ 4:18 pm

Working on a site redesign for The Good Life

Previously, we had a home page with a Twitter feed and links to our e-Newsletters. Not much, but it was a web presence.

With the redesign, we hope to provide a resource that allows us to share information with our followers much more efficiently and on a much more timely basis and provide more benefit to our readers.

One of these is the inclusion on the site of a calendar of ‘Live Music’ events. This is by no means meant to be all inclusive, but is rather intended as a listing of those ‘Let Your Hair Down’ type of events that caught our eye. While we include these in our newsletter, we felt having it available on the site would be beneficial to those who want a quick look at something to do for a night on the town and would allow us to do a little better job of keeping it up to date.

Another possible benefit is that this redesign may allow us to streamline the newsletter, although we don’t think it is all that massive to begin with. We’ll just have to see about that.

Other planned changes are listed on the ‘About’ page. Feel free to give it a look and let us know what you think and if you have anything you think is noteworthy for us to include. We always welcome your feedback.
