Big Apple Deli Hosts Monthly Concert Series

Filed under: Events of Distinction,Music Matters,Promising Projects News — ljgrisso @ 11:00 am

badlogoAs part of its monthly concert series, Big Apple Deli, will be hosting Nashville recording artist, David Newbould on Tuesday, Nov 10th.  Concert begins at 7PM.  FREE to public.

Big Apple Deli, located in Snyder, offers a listening room environment for original, acoustic music.  For more info, call 325-573-7788.

Newbould’s music is frequently featured on network television shows, including “Criminal Minds”, “Party of Five”, “Joan of Arcadia”, “Dawson’s Creek”, “Threshold”, 7th Heaven and Lifetime’s “Monarch Cove”.  His song “Hold Tight, My Blood” was picked up for the trailer of the recently released “Streets of Blood”, a murder-mystery set in New Orleans, LA in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, starring Val Kilmer, ’50 Cent’ and Sharon Stone.

According to Sony Music, “David is a world class songwriter”.  His voice is compelling and his lyrics take you through travels of time, the bonds of family, the occasional mystery and both the joys and the hurts of love. He “has the audience hanging on every word and nuance”, said NYC freelance reviewer, Jerry Matthews.

To listen to a sampling of Newbould’s music, go to www.davidnewbould.com.
